Got a call from some Claims Assistance lot, but there was this mad satellite lag and the woman on the line had a thick Asian accent. You could hear loads of noise like a busy call centre in the background. Felt dodgy straight away, so I ended the call and blocked the number.

Received a call from someone purporting to be from O2, yet they had no clue what my email was!
I ended up providing it and was directed to an O2 login webpage.
It seemed fairly legit, but my instincts were definitely on high alert.
Even after I mentioned I would simply access my O2 app, they kept ringing me.
They finally stopped pestering me once I threatened to report them to O2.
