On 21.9.2017, I answered and heard some music for a while, then a voice speaking a language I didn’t understand came on, so I just ended the call.

So, I got a call the other day, and after a lengthy silence, some bloke with an Indian accent asked to talk to my dad, who's actually passed away. When I asked what it was regarding, he replied something about "household appliances" and asked if we had a washing machine. As soon as I said yes, he abruptly ended the call. It got me a bit worried that they might be recording my voice for some scam. Next time, I reckon I'll answer with questions of my own to see what they're up to.

I got a call from them earlier today, waited on the line for a bit, then some person with an accent said they wanted to talk about my home appliances and asked specifically about my washing machine.
