It seems to be some sort of automated calling system that’s relentlessly dialling thousands of numbers, mine included, at all hours-both day and night, I should add. When you ring back, you’re treated to a jumbled pre-recorded message, which also provides a number for those wishing to unsubscribe from these bothersome calls: 0161 814 7973. They do have a website, too. Honestly, it strikes me as quite unethical that one has to invest both time and money just to escape this harassment. I’d recommend lodging a complaint with the Information Commissioner. If you look up “GBS Advantage and Beneficial” on Google, you’ll find a wealth of information from other individuals who’ve faced similar nuisance calls, including complaints against Advantage Market Intelligence Ltd.
