I've actually blocked this number but it keeps ringing me up anyway.

This number switches between loads of similar ones like 0113 868 8387, 8388 and others nearby to dodge being blocked. Often it’s a quick redial and then cuts off. Sometimes if you pick up straight away there’s someone there for a sec before they hang up, and on other occasions you can hear a bunch of salespeople speaking with Leeds accents in the background. Properly annoying!
