They rang me earlier but I didn’t pick up. I stuck around to see if they’d leave a voicemail, but nothing came through. Guess it wasn’t urgent, so I’ve blocked the number now.

I got a call from someone claiming to be HSBC, saying I had some health insurance with them - which is totally not true. They’d been calling me loads before, and whenever I didn't say anything, they just stayed silent and then hung up. This time, I was expecting a call from a number I didn’t know, and I accidentally said hello when I picked up. As soon as they heard my voice, they jumped straight in trying to scam me - creepy thing was, they already knew my name.
