Absolutely a scam! They tried to find out if I owed any money, and when I said no, they kept pressing me to be certain. After I insisted I didn’t, they just hung up on me.

So I picked up the phone and after a bit of silence, I caught this odd background noise like someone forgot to mute themselves in a call centre - loads of people chatting away. Then, just like that, they ended the call!

Got a call showing Leicester on the screen, so I picked up and waited for the VoIP to connect. The person on the other end started asking about loft insulation. I told them I’d already got it sorted, so no thanks. Then they wanted to know if I was a tenant or the homeowner. I asked where they were calling from, and they said Manchester 🥴 I laughed and told them they’re definitely using VoIP and probably ringing from India. Then they just hung up on me 😂
