I got a call from this number recently, and the bloke on the other end was honestly quite rude and sometimes a bit pushy. He started off by asking if I was alright after some accident I supposedly had. I kept calm and said I was fine. Then he said he was ringing about compensation I’d apparently received but was due more. Didn’t really expect anything to come of it but figured I'd humour him since I had time to spare. He then asked if anyone else was in the car with me, and I said yes, my son. After that, he kept insisting my son was the driver, even though I told him my lad was just a passenger. I mentioned I'd already been compensated for the accident, so why would there be any extra money. He then claimed he never said I was involved in an accident, calling me “mate” repeatedly. I told him it was best we ended the call. At that point, he got quite aggressive on the phone, going on about how he was getting paid for his time, which was funny because I run my own business and was also on the clock. I asked to speak to his manager and he said he IS the manager! I suggested maybe some customer service training was needed because who’d want to work in an office that calls people like that. The constant “mate” references really annoyed me as I told him to stop, then he just hung up. I’m going to track down this company and see about putting a stop to them - there’s far too many of these dodgy call centres popping up. Proper frustrating experience!

So, yesterday I got called like 5 times from this number claiming I’d been in some kind of small car accident with another driver - which definitely didn’t happen. Each time I hung up and tried calling back, but they just cut me off. Now, it’s the next day (7/01/16) and a different person has rung me from the same number! Pretty suspicious if you ask me.
