I recently received a rather unpleasant phone call from this number. The individual on the other end was exceedingly rude and, at times, downright aggressive. Initially, he inquired about my well-being following an accident I'd been involved in. I responded politely, confirming I was alright. He then claimed that I was owed compensation and suggested that I might be entitled to even more. Curious, I decided to humour him as I had little else on my plate at that moment. When he probed whether anyone else was in the vehicle with me, I mentioned my son was present. From that point onwards, he insisted on referring to my son as the driver, despite my clarifications that he was merely a passenger. When I explained that I'd already received payment for the accident, I found myself perplexed when he responded that he hadn’t specifically stated I sustained injuries in the mishap, "mate". This led to a slight disagreement, prompting me to suggest we end the call. However, his tone turned even more confrontational; he declared, “Mr Michael, I’m being compensated for my time, while you aren’t,” which I found ironic since I run my own business and certainly value my time. I requested to speak with his supervisor, only to be met with the unfriendly response that he was indeed the manager. I couldn’t help but suggest that perhaps he ought to undergo some training in customer service, as it was quite evident he ought not to be engaging with the public in this manner. Throughout our exchange, he persistently referred to me as "mate," which I firmly objected to, and eventually the call ended when he abruptly hung up. I am determined to trace this company down and see them shut, as there are far too many shady call centres operating in this fashion. It has left me extraordinarily vexed!

They ring me daily, never missing the exact time!

Been gettin calls from this number like twice every day, but I keep ignoring coz I dunno who it is! Seriously, just stop now, you're gettin blocked for sure!

I've been getting calls for the past three months, everytime since the day after my car crash. They keep saying there's some compensation waiting for me. I dunno if it's legit or just another scam... feels a bit dodgy to me.

They keep ringin me but since I'm abroad I just don’t pick up. I’ve got no mates or connections in Leicester, so I'm guessing it's some sort of spam or pushy marketing lad trying to get me to call back. I’m just gonna ignore it!

I received no fewer than five calls from this number yesterday, all claiming that I had supposedly been in a minor collision with another car-something that's simply not true! Each time I answered, I ended up cutting the call short. When I attempted to return the call, they'd just disconnect. To top it off, I’ve just had another call today, on the 7th of January, 2016, from a different individual. What on earth is going on?

They keep ringing me non stop, it's getting really annoying.

I got a call, so I picked up, but there was nothing but silence on the other end. Tried ringing them back, but it just rang out with no answer. How odd!
