just got a call a bit earlier from some company that ended with something like *.protection limited. They claimed we had signed up for a 5 year cover on our TV and said if we wanted to cancel we'd have to pay a cancellation charge. when we asked who they were and for a contact number, they simply hung up on us. honestly, this kind of behaviour screams scam. plus, the whole concept of a “cancellation fee” just doesn’t make sense. there’s no legit reason for that.
