It appears they claim to assist individuals in overcoming debt through some government scheme (whatever that entails). Throughout each interaction, we've been unsuccessful in obtaining their name or discovering how they acquired our number.

Despite being registered with the Telephone Preference Service and being on the ex-directory list, they persist in calling us, even after we've told them to stop. Apparently, they're a company that claims to assist folks struggling with debt, supposedly in line with some government initiative (whatever that might entail). Frustratingly, in all our conversations with them, we’ve been unable to ascertain their name or how they managed to obtain our phone number.
