They won't stop calling about renewing our gas contract for next month. I've told them we don’t want to discuss it and will sort it ourselves when it’s time. They keep ringing, probably hoping that someone else picks up and agrees. They just don’t listen when I say no. Had to hang up on them in the end.

I got a call from 01162169684, and the person said they were energy consultants for businesses. Right away, they tell you your contract with your current supplier is ending soon, making it sound like they’re actually your supplier. They call you by your first name like they’re mates or something, then they hit you with a quote. Oddly, they ask stuff they should already have on file, which made me really suspicious. I ended up ringing my actual supplier, who told me they don’t have anyone working for them or anyone calling to offer deals. Watch out, it’s definitely dodgy and looks like a scam trying to catch you out!
