Received a call from this number a short while ago. It's shown as one from Leicester, yet when I tried to ring back, I got a message saying it’s ‘NOT IN SERVICE’. Quite annoying and definitely unsolicited. Would appreciate it if someone could put a stop to these calls.

this afternoon i got a call on my mobile from some woman who mumbled so much i had no clue what she wanted! i just ended the call and decided to block both her number and texts straight away.

For the past 9 days, they've been calling me every single day. I can hardly understand their English, and whenever I ask them to say it again, they just hang up on me. I've told them to stop ringing, but they just laugh and call me back about an hour later. It's really frustrating.
