I've come across some con artists impersonating Microsoft, attempting to gain remote access to my computer under the pretense of fixing issues that don't even exist. They seem to be after my money rather than actually providing any help!

I kept getting a message that the number is unavailable and to leave a message, but then it would say the voicemail was full when I tried. I never respond to cold calls or door knockers. A week ago, someone rang me saying they were from a company I'd used before, offering a consultation for a new position. I accepted and was told to call 01163500065 to get in touch. After checking with the actual firm, they confirmed it wasn’t them and that it was a fake call. I've been trying to ring that number for days now to cancel the appointment with no luck.
