A mystery caller just rang my phone.

Even though I was convinced to meet with the salesman, that paltry 10% discount his manager offered didn’t quite cut it. To make matters worse, I could hear a phone ringing in his ear while he was meant to be talking to me! After wasting two and a half hours of my time, I had to ask him to leave my property. And now, I’m still getting calls from all sorts of different numbers. Best to steer clear of this lot!

I received a call from the number 01162512979, but the caller didn’t bother to leave a message on my answering machine. A quick search on the internet revealed a company named "Amber Windows," although curiously, their website didn’t list the number. Undeterred, I decided to ring them back-of course, I used "141" first to keep my number private! When the line connected, a woman picked up with a cheerful "Hello, Amber." It seems it is indeed tied to "Amber Windows," but at that moment, I opted to end the call-just to see how they would feel about that!
