Earlier today, I received a telephone call from a chap with a distinctly Indian accent. He asserted that he was affiliated with a government agency and had some sort of refund awaiting me. He insisted that I qualified for this refund. However, I made it clear that I wasn’t in the slightest bit interested. Honestly, I’d never put my faith in a caller like him, especially coming from a number I didn't recognise.

I got a call from these guys, and the chap on the phone was chuckling away. I reckon he was having a giggle at how my surname sounds in Hindi.

I got a call from a bloke with an Indian accent who started by giving me a name and address, then wanted me to confirm if it was right. I refused to do that. He then said there was a government cheque waiting for me. He claimed to work for something called the "claim advisory group," which he said belonged to the ‘ministry of justice’. According to him, I was due some money. I just messed around with him a bit before hanging up.
