She kept insisting I follow her instructions but I told her I couldn’t even turn my computer on. After a bit of back and forth, I asked to speak to her “manager.” The manager then said an engineer would come round and that I’d need to pay an admin fee of £4.99, plus extra fees depending on what they found.
