We got hit with a £320 bill for this! Honestly, it looks so much like something from HMRC, it’s scary. I can’t believe they’re still allowed to get away with it. This kind of thing really needs to be banned.

this is total daylight robbery, i’m baffled how they think they can scam people like this. its disgusting living off other peoples cash and no one seems to stop them. why does hmrc even ignore this? they are aware it happens yet they don’t just make a simple rule - only pay money straight to the person who actually claimed it. basically a rule like “no deeds of assignment allowed” would solve it all. shame on them for letting this carry on.

I was tryin to sort my marriage allowance through that Itd thing (mac) but it was a complete mess. Took ages to figure out what to do with all the forms and bits. Not the easiest thing to get through if you ask me!
