I noticed I had 3 missed calls from a few different Leicester numbers, this one included. Didn’t pick up any of them and now they’re calling me quite regularly. There’s no messages or anything left on my voicemail, so I’m guessing it’s some sort of scam. I say that since I’ve never been to Leicester and don’t know anyone from there.
