Reports on phone number 01159902043
9 yearsGot a call on my mobile but didn’t pick up, and nobody left a voicemail. Reading through the comments about EE reminded me I once got a text that claimed to be from EE saying I had a video message waiting, with a password to access it. What was odd is that the message appeared smack in the middle of a conversation with a work mate. When I asked him, he said he hadn’t sent anything like that and couldn’t see that message in our chat, though it was definitely there on my end. I didn’t take any chances and deleted it straight away.EE9 yearsYesterday evening around 6.38pm, I got a call from a bloke who strangely knew both my first and last name. He was being quite dodgy about who he was at first but after I pressed him, he claimed to be from some company called Phone 4 You or something similar and mentioned other firms like EE. Pretty quick I figured out it was a scam, so I told him to stop calling me and just ended the call. Definitely a scam, no doubt about it.Phone 4EE9 yearsI got a call from them but they never left any voicemail. I chose not to ring back, feels pretty dodgy to me. Honestly, best to just ignore and not bother returning the call.9 yearsThese calls come in so often it’s ridiculous. Every time I pick up, they act like they’re from TalkTalk but it’s just a total scam. Proper annoying scammers!TalkTalk9 yearsTotal rubbish call, just pure spam!9 yearsIt’s certainly a dodgy spam caller. I decided to give them a ring back from my landline. The first time I tried, nobody answered at all. On my second attempt, a rather flustered young chap picked up the phone in such a rush that I could barely catch the name of the company-something that sounded like DAS phone something… When I asked him for their address, I got the usual suspicious behaviour. He wanted my name before even attempting to provide an address, and surprise, surprise, he couldn’t come up with one. Instead, he put me on hold. Eventually, another individual came on, equally slippery, and was just as unwilling to share the company’s address. He claimed he’d transfer me to customer service, but after another hold, I was just cut off. The whole thing really suggests they’re hiding their location because cold calling is frowned upon legally, and they’re clearly worried about getting into hot water. That’s why they dodge the address question or simply hang up! It’s nothing more than a sketchy cold caller peddling nonsense.DAS9 yearsI picked up and tried to say something but they just stayed silent and then ended the call.9 yearsGot a call from 15 990 2043, was one of those spam calls. They started asking me about an unsecured loan but as soon as I said I haven’t got any loans, they just ended the call. Pretty dodgy if you ask me.9 yearsWithout a doubt, this was just a spam caller trying to cold call.9 yearsThis was clearly a dodgy spam caller. I rang back on my home phone. The first call I made, no one picked up. When I tried again, a young bloke answered really quickly and rushed, making it hard to catch the company's name - I think it was something like DAS phone? I asked straight away where their office was, but they acted all strange and asked for my name first. Then they couldn’t give me an address. They put me on hold for a bit, then another guy who sounded just as dodgy came on and still wouldn’t say where they’re based. Eventually he offered to connect me to customer service, but after the transfer, the line just cut off. I’m guessing they don’t want to share their location because cold calling is illegal, and if people knew who they were, they’d get into trouble. So if you try and get their address, they either dodge the question or hang up. Basically, it’s just some shady cold caller trying to flog rubbish.DAS9 yearsWithout a doubt, this was a sketchy spam caller. I tried ringing back on my landline. The initial callback got no reply whatsoever. When I phoned again, a young guy answered really quickly and spoke so fast it was hard to catch the company’s name, sounded like “das phone” or something similar. I asked straight away if he could give me their address. Typical dodgy behaviour followed - they tried to get my name first, but then couldn’t provide an address. After that, they put me on hold. Pretty clear this was just some dodgy cold caller pushing rubbish.9 yearsThis number’s been ringing me a few times these past couple of weeks. Didn’t pick up since it looked unfamiliar. I’ve just gone ahead and blocked it now.9 yearsGot a call once, no voicemail or anything. I called them back from my work phone and it said it was from The Phone House. They went on about Sky stuff but I’ve never even signed up with them. Then they pushed a cheaper deal on me. I just said no cheers.FonehouseSky9 yearsSomeone said they were from EE but they didn't even get my name right. Made me doubt if it was legit or just a scam.
