As per usual, there wasn’t a soul on the other end.

I had a curious incident (on the 18th of November, 2015, mind you) when the phone rang for a mere heartbeat before going silent. I thought it wise to ring 1471, and to my surprise, it was linked to 0115 983 6597. The day before (on the 17th of November, 2015), upon arriving home, I had another go at 1471, and it revealed that the previous call came from 0115 983 6592, although no message was left. Could this all be a cunning ruse to entice me into returning the calls? The numbers in question are 0115 983 6597 and 0115 983 6592.
