I’m still dealing with this issue with SKY, they haven’t sorted it out yet. Calls keep coming through from a landline number I don’t even use. I told SKY about the calls being charged after they unblocked the line, and I've asked them loads of times to block it properly and disconnect it for good. But honestly, they’ve done nothing about it so far.

I don’t even have a landline hooked up to this number, but suddenly it got flooded with about 400 calls, nearly one every 20 seconds, and now I’m faced with a bill of more than £250. I’ve never actually used this line, and my provider can back that up - they were the ones who alerted me about the crazy amount of outgoing calls. They’ve checked and say there’s no fault or line mix-up, yet they still expect me to foot the bill. This all went down within just six hours. The line itself is through Sky, bundled with my broadband.

Every morning at about 5am, I keep getting calls from what looks like my own number, and it’s costing me 39p each time. I've already put in a complaint with BT and now just hoping they’ll fix it soon. Fingers crossed they sort it out quickly!

it's just a company that watches over alarms - nothing sketchy or harmful about it.

Not sure who it is, but every Thursday at exactly 7:29 in the morning, I get a call from what looks like my own home number. Each call ends up costing me 39p. I've reported the scam to BT and put all the right blocks on my phone to stop them ringing again.
