I got a weird robocall that was kinda muffled, but I caught something about a few hundred quid being charged for my Amazon or Sky account. They told me to press 1 if I wanted to cancel it. The strange bit was I couldn’t hang up until the whole message played out. Proper odd experience.

Got a call from 02031145546 saying they’re from Carphone Warehouse. They wanted to know what phone I use, but when I asked them why, they just hung up. Seems like a total scam to me.

Got a call from a number that first looked like it was from abroad, then showed up with an 01757 area code, which I know is Selby. I just let it ring through to voicemail and thankfully there wasn’t any message. Pretty sure it was a scam, so glad I didn’t answer.

Got a call from 01179654655 on my phone at 9.19am on Saturday, it went straight to voicemail. I've added the number to my block list now.

Got a call supposedly from BT Openreach about checking my internet’s health. They kept asking for some kind of consumer number. Their Indian accents were pretty thick. I reckon they intended to get me to set something up. However, after I kept asking too many questions, the line just suddenly cut out on me.

Don’t fall for the number 011597200670192322641501215548315. Some bloke with an Indian accent and a woman called, saying my internet was slow and that I had a refund coming. Turns out it was just a scam. I contacted my bank straight away and stopped any payments going through.
