In the past few days, I've had this number call me thrice. It played a recorded voice claiming that money was withdrawn from my bank card, which is completely false. I reckon it's some kind of scam and would suggest just blocking it. A mate of mine actually picked up once and they started asking for her bank info, which was a big red flag.
