Somebody rang me saying they were from Microsoft and wanted to talk about my PC. I just hung up straight away. Microsoft wouldn’t randomly call you out of the blue like that unless you’d reached out to them first. It was obviously a scam and they were trying to get into my computer. Best to just ignore calls like this.
