On the 21st of April at precisely 15:34, I received a rather alarming call from a gentleman sporting a Scottish accent. He was emphatically convinced that I was somehow utilising his internet service and password. At that moment, I was enjoying a meal out with my family, so his accusations were both unexpected and entirely untrue. When I tried to clarify that I have my own internet provider and do not use his, he became extremely aggressive and foul-mouthed.
