I received a rather unsettling phone call earlier. The person on the line was clearly distressed, sobbing and insisting on speaking to a manager. Just as suddenly, this girl hung up, and then a different voice chimed in with an unsettling remark: "Your manager is dead." It’s quite unnerving, to say the least, and it’s left the entire team feeling a bit shaken up.

I just got a call from this number and it was rather peculiar. A woman on the other end introduced herself with a name I couldn’t quite catch, speaking in a hurried tone with a bit of an accent. She wanted to chat with our manager, but it all felt rather off, especially since she didn’t bother to mention her company. Typically, I'm quite wary of these rather vague calls. I shot back with a direct “About what?”, and after a rather awkward five seconds of silence, the line went dead. Make of that what you will!
