I’ve had this number calling me a few times but they never leave a message. I tried calling it back since my son’s based in Nottingham and I got really worried he might be in trouble. But every time I ring, all I hear is some weird ringing sound, no one picks up. Feels like a scam to me, so I’m not gonna bother answering again. Gonna block it for good.

they’ve rung me a couple of times today so ive blocked their number now. I also decided to block all calls that come up as withheld. anytime a cold caller shows their number, i just hang up and block em straight away too. so instead of getting bothered like 3 or 4 times a day, it’s down to once a week now. if more ppl did the same, i reckon these calls would stop for good and maybe we’d even see less junk mail in the post.

weatherguard called my job number and even said my home address, which is weird cos i always keep work and personal stuff separate and wouldn’t give out my work number for personal things. plus, my home phone is on the telephone preference service so I’m not keen on sales calls there either. seemed a bit fishy but the woman was polite and said she’d take my info off their list. guess we’ll see if they stick to it.

I was subjected to around six minutes of music before the line went dead, and a woman's voice chimed in with a curt "Goodbye" before the call abruptly ended. Completely baffling, as there was no indication of who it was or the purpose of the call! At least the music gave me a bit of a distraction in the meantime, I suppose.
