Some bloke started with “would it be alright to” and then the call just dropped. They said they’d ring again when fees kick in, as if we're supposed to wait around for that. Proper strange behaviour.

I've been getting calls from this timeshare refund company like mad, sometimes 4 calls in a single day! Even though I've told them to stop, they still hang on to my details and refuse to tell me where they got my info from. They keep hinting that I must've agreed to be contacted by filling out some form, which I haven't. I'm now thinking of reporting them to the TPS.

they said they was from spain, but when i asked for a phone number they said they'd send info through the post instead. it was about compensation for time shares with a no win no fee deal, but they mentioned they'd keep 60% and i'd get 40%. so i dont know if its real or just a scam? anyone else heard of this refund action group?
