I've been getting calls from dodgy individuals claiming to discuss a tax refund.

This morning, I received a rather unsettling phone call from someone who seemed to have my entire name at their fingertips. They were rather pushy, insisting they needed to verify my identity because I allegedly qualified for a tax refund due to overpayments. It all sounded very dodgy to me! Definitely seems like a scam, if you ask me!
