0115 871 0880 - bloke with a Welsh accent phoned me saying he was from Talk Talk. I told him nicely I wasn’t interested and he didn't push any further.

Lad with a thick Welsh accent called about my home insurance renewal and tried to give me a quote, but he hung up when I asked questions. Blocked the number straight away.

Had a bloke with a proper English accent ring up, asking for my daughter who left years ago, like six or so (even though she still uses our address for stuff online). I asked who was on the line, and he said she’d taken out some home insurance last year for this place?! I told him who I was and honestly, what I’d do to him if I ever found him. He just hung up on me!

It was a woman, no foreign accent or anything, saying she was from TalkTalk. She asked me about my 'My Account' with them and whether I'd set up their free security package. I had no clue they even offered something like that. Then she started digging deeper about the security on my computer, and I just went quiet! I got a bit wary since usually when I call TalkTalk, the people I speak to have a non-English accent.

They said they were from TalkTalk. Got pretty annoyed when I told him I wasn’t looking to change my deal. Kept pushing a lot. Rang me three times back to back and left a quiet voicemail. I’ve blocked the number now.

I rang the number back and there was this machine that said the company name so quickly I could only catch the final bit, something like “.nox?” Then it went on, “there’s nothing to be concerned about.” As if that’s something you hear every day or something.

Proper annoying, feels like harassment, and they're so bloody rude and persistent. Next time they ring I'll pick up and give them a piece of my mind.

Got a ring from some muppet in Nottingham ?, but they didn’t bother leaving a message. Was it Robin Hood ?, maybe the Sheriff of Nottingham ?, or Maid Marian ?. Who the hell knows or really gives a toss, should be pretty straightforward. You call someone, no answer, it goes to voicemail, leave a message. Not rocket science is it !!
