They said they were from DC Law (which I'd actually dealt with before) and were checking in on a service. I reckon it was one of those outsourced survey calls, but they weren’t great at asking questions. After a bit, they said they couldn’t hear me properly and just ended the call - never rang again. Honestly, it didn’t do much to improve what I think of the company.

Picked up the phone when this number rang. A lady spoke, claiming to be from “Premier Estate Lawyers” and somehow knew my first name, even though she spelled it wrong. She mentioned I’d recently purchased a house. I didn’t say if it was me or not and kept asking where she got my number from, but she just stayed silent and then hung up. Really felt uneasy about the whole thing.

I received a rather curious call from someone inquiring about my thoughts on the legal and conveyancing services offered by Banner Jones Solicitors in Chesterfield. When I pressed her for the name of her company, she merely stated, “I'm calling on behalf of Banner Jones,” and refused to divulge any further details. Trying to get to the bottom of things, I asked where she was located, and she mentioned Nottingham. This led me to suspect that the call might have been linked to Purplebricks, possibly probing into the legal services BJ provides. When I expressed my decision to steer clear of Purplebricks in the future, her tone went noticeably chilly. So, there you have it-a call centre, presumably operating from Nottingham.

Absolutely abysmal experience with Premier Properties. I would strongly advise steering clear of this outfit. Engaging in any dealings with them would be a grave mistake.
