They were eager to arrange a visit to my home and were very keen to find out how many occupants I had and whether anyone was typically at home during the weekdays. Naturally, I declined to engage with any of their inquiries. It was quite a peculiar conversation, to say the least.

Got a call earlier today from someone who mentioned my name, but slightly mispronounced it. They claimed to be from a 'security' firm, yet their approach was rather hostile. They pressed me for my address, and I simply told them 'not a chance'. I ended the conversation and swiftly blocked their number. The way they spoke was quite unsettling, and it makes me uneasy to ponder their true intentions.

I mean, surely it’s their duty not to ring numbers on that list? I do apologise for raising my voice, but I was in the midst of mopping the floor and it really threw me off!
