It seems that someone is collecting contact information from unemployed individuals, assuming that they are in a desperate financial situation. Maybe their intention is to trick these people into signing up for credit cards or fake holidays. Nevertheless, it is important to remember that searching for a job does not indicate that a person lacks intelligence. If I were in their position, I would also consider finding a new job because their current one seems quite disheartening.
