this number keeps ringing me almost daily, and usually i just let it ring out. today though, for some reason i picked up. as soon as i did, some bloke started being really rude just because i wanted him to call me Mr S, not by my first name, which i only share with mates. i don’t like strangers, especially pushy sales people, demanding stuff about an accident i never had or PPI claims that make no sense to me. so i just hung up on him.

Got a call from some clueless lot right when I was having a proper argument with my partner, so I was already in a bad mood about them phoning, yet again! A woman asked if I was the homeowner and I told her a definite no. Then she asked if I knew where the homeowners were. I said no, they're out, and jokingly added I'm a burglar looting the place! She hung up straight away. I doubt they’ll bother calling me again anytime soon!

Redstar rang me up about credit cards and loans from the bank. When I told them I didn’t have any, they just ended the call straight away, quite impolite really.

If you’re seeing this, don’t tolerate this rubbish. If you’re using an android, apple, or windows phone, there are free apps that block these annoying callers. For landlines, get a caller ID and just ignore unknown calls. There are free ways to stop these nuisances. Personally, I like spotting who they are before picking up, then wasting their time a bit :) or I tell them to ring me at home later, giving them another annoying number instead. Still, it’s pretty easy to block these people for good. If you’ve found this, you can easily look up how to completely avoid them forever.

Every day this week ive been getting calls from them. They just put me on hold and you can hear loads of background noise at their office, then they just end the call. So frustrating!

The number 15 824 0045 has rung me loads over the past few weeks. Most times I answer, no one’s there, but today I picked up after about 3 rings and a bloke called Jamie said he was from “redstar Manchester” about some sort of refund connected to an old address of mine. He mentioned it was about a credit agreement I supposedly took out between 2002 and 2010. I told him I never did. He acted like he knew me, but I didn’t fall for his questions and ended the call. Feels like one of those dodgy PPI claim scams to me?

I find myself quite perplexed as I received a call where the individual kept insisting on identifying themselves three separate times, using three different names, no less! It honestly felt like they were having a bit of a laugh at my expense. Eventually, I couldn't take it anymore and just ended the call. What a bizarre experience!
