I told the person on the phone it was a load of rubbish, total SCAM, and they just hung up.

Got a call from an Asian bloke claiming to be from BT in London, saying there was some odd activity on my phone line. He even mentioned info about the last owner of my number, which was weird cos we’ve had this number for around 6 years now. Felt off straight away. I told him sounds like a scam, and then the line just cut out on him. Pretty dodgy if you ask me.

Today, 21st Dec 2023, I got a ring from this number. A man with an Asian accent said he was phoning from BT London, claiming there was some illegal stuff goin on with my equipment. He mentioned he had all my info and wanted to ask some questions to fix it. Sounded a bit dodgy to me.

Just got a call on my landline, looked like some sort of call centre thing. The person on the other end wasn’t speaking English properly, so when I said 'sorry' cause I couldn’t understand, they said a few words more and then hung up straight away. Feels like one of those scam calls to me.
