I was informed that there are issues with our meter, and they intend to dispatch an engineer within office hours to sort it out. Apparently, they'll have to cut off the gas and electricity while they carry out their inspections. The person on the phone seemed rather evasive when I inquired about their location and didn’t respond when pressed for details. Quite suspicious, if you ask me!
