Hard to make out what he was saying - claimed he needed to talk to the manager of the company. The number is actually my personal one, though I work as a secretary for a charity. Oddly, he mentioned part of the charity's name. I kept pressing him to explain where he got that info from, knowing the charity doesn’t have its own building or utility bills. He then attempted to apologise and end the call, but I insisted he tell me where the details came from. In the end, he just hung up on me.

Got a call claiming my company was behind on electricity payments by more than £300. Had a quick chat and it turned out that wasn’t true at all. Then they suddenly switched to trying to pitch themselves as a new energy provider for my business. Quite cheeky if you ask me!
