Most likely a dodgy caller, if you ask me. The chap seemed rather unhinged and possibly three sheets to the wind. Strangely enough, he had my business's name at hand and asserted he was from EE, my current phone provider. He launched into a spiel about a cheap data plan and was relentless in trying to pry personal information out of me. Once I questioned his legitimacy, he got all flustered and cagey, eventually dropping the call when I insisted he provide my EE account number.
