She said I was eligible for a free "upgradement" on my account with no fees. How kind! (I don't even use O2, but she was offering a free upgrade, so why not?) I said, "Alright, tell me more." That must have annoyed her because she just hung up. The whole scam call lasted 26 seconds. I reckon I should try and keep them chatting for a full minute next time.
