Twice in the past couple days I’ve picked up the phone, expecting someone to be there, but then no one answers. Seems like they want you to call them back, so it’s not really a cold call after all. Quite annoying, really.

Got a call from 0115 6974799 around midday on 8/6/21, and the bloke said he was from Crown. I asked him what Crown was about, and he told me about some free energy check thing. I wasn’t having it tho and told him nothing's free these days, then hung up and blocked the number straight away.

Earlier today, on 8/6/21 around midday, I got a call from 0115 6974799. The person said “hello Mr xxx, this is Crown,” but when I asked what Crown was, they told me they were doing a free energy check. I quickly replied that nothing's ever really free and then I hung up and blocked the number straight away.
