Right at the start of the call, they asked if I was speaking, then suddenly stuck me on hold with some annoying hold music blaring in the background!

Someone rang me up about my insurance and started asking about a review, but I told them mine isn’t due for ages. Then they got a bit pushy, asking if I’m on any meds. I mentioned my insurer already has all that info, and I wasn’t keen on chatting about it then, plus I had no idea how they got my number. They said I must have consented to share my details with other companies. Still, I didn’t give anything away.
