They then put me through to some ‘supervisor’ who told me to just go ahead like they expected me to give them my security answers. I refused and said they need to prove who they are first. Next thing, they hung up on me! Definitely a scam. My actual supplier doesn’t even use security questions, so throwing that back at them really seems to confuse these fraudsters.
