When someone calls and doesn’t bother to tell me who they are or what they want, I just see it as plain harassment.

This number feels really fishy to me. The digits 677 9103 remind me of a place I used to live, around Moreton, Wirral, but that area’s phone numbers got switched to something like a 200 prefix years back. Then there’s the 0115 code - I’m clueless where that’s from, but I’ll look into it soon. I reckon whoever called might’ve faked the number to resemble an old local one. Normally, if someone’s calling this area from elsewhere in the UK, the number should begin with 0151. So, until proved otherwise, I’m marking this as sketchy and UNTRUSTWORTHY.
