Got a call from someone claiming to be from BT wanting to upgrade my broadband. They somehow had my name and address right off the bat. When they said they'd send me details by email, I told them they should already have my email if they're legit. Felt a bit dodgy to me.

They said it was to do with some fibre broadband being rolled out nearby, but there’s no such thing here at all. Our internet’s so slow it feels like dial-up from years ago. I ended the call quick and blocked the number since it was flagged as spam anyway.
