Bit odd, and kind of unsettling really, especially since I usually ignore calls from far away but answered this one because it was local.

I've had this number ringing me a bunch of times but always miss it coz they don't wait around long enough for me to pick up. When I finally do get to answer, they just cut the call instantly. I'm guessing they want me to ring back, but I’m not gonna do that unless I know who they are, coz it might end up costing me a fortune in call fees.
