Just got a missed call from this number but it stopped ringing before I picked up. When I called back, all I got was a recorded message saying the person’s phone wasn’t available. Feels dodgy, like it could be some sort of scam or spam. Would advise against answering or ringing back.

There was a considerable amount of chatter in the background, reminiscent of a bustling office environment. The call didn’t get answered promptly, and after a couple of attempts at saying “hello,” they abruptly ended the call! I've now blocked the number.

Received a call purporting to be from Vodafone, touting the newest mobile phone offers. However, they quickly veered into requesting my personal details, which made me suspicious. I promptly ended the call, did a little research here, and have since blocked the number. Interestingly, I’m already a Vodafone customer and not eligible for an upgrade for another 10 months; surely, a legitimate representative would be aware of that! It’s quite clear this was a scam!

I picked up a call from this number, but oddly, there was complete silence on the other end-no sounds whatsoever! I tried greeting them a couple of times, saying "Hello," but instead of a response, I was met with a piercing digital screech. Shortly after, the line went dead. Quite bizarre, if you ask me!

Based on what I've read from others, it certainly seems like a dodgy operation. I chose not to pick up; I simply allowed it to ring off since the Nottingham area code doesn't ring a bell for me. They didn't leave any voicemail either. Pleased to have trusted my gut feeling on this one. I've now blocked the number.
