I received a call from someone purporting to be from Vodafone, attempting to persuade me to enhance my current plan. However, I pointed out that I’m not even a Vodafone customer, which left me puzzled as to why they’d reach out to me at all. I asked them to kindly take my number off their calling list, but before I could complete my request, they abruptly hung up on me.

This seems like utter nonsense! The calls always come in at the same time, and I've noticed they only pop up after several weeks of silence from this number. Oddly enough, there’s never any company name or business details provided, which raises my suspicions.

Received a call purporting to be from O2, offering a deal that seemed almost unbelievable. When I pressed him about how he got my number and pointed out that I wasn’t even an O2 customer, his response was rather rude—he basically told me to shove off. I suppose it’s a bit of a victory that I managed to get under the skin of a scammer!

Allegedly, I received a call claiming to be from O2, offering a whopping 40% off my monthly contract. However, it was rather amusing that they reached out to my son's pay-as-you-go number on a completely different network. I told them to take a hike, as their reasoning was utterly pointless!

Received a rather raucous call from what sounded like a chaotic contact centre, purporting to be from O2 and wanting me to partake in a satisfaction survey. When I hinted that they seemed a bit dodgy, they promptly ended the call.

I recently received a rather dubious call from someone claiming to be from EE, offering me a supposed phone upgrade. They were rather insistent on me providing my credit card information to "process the offer for my benefit." It’s quite clear they’re targeting the elderly. Please, whatever you do, do not share your credit card details – they’re looking to clean out your bank account! 🚫📞

Received a dodgy call claiming to be from O2, and let me tell you, the request they made was downright ludicrous—like a pretzel challenge! I decided to end the conversation posthaste and promptly blocked the number.

I received a call from someone introducing themselves as “Eric.” The background noise was quite chaotic, making it difficult to discern the conversation. I caught a mention of bankruptcy somewhere in his rambling. Out of curiosity, I decided to look up the number, and judging by what others have reported, I reckon it’s a scam. I’ve promptly blocked the number!

I received a couple of calls in quick succession, both from an automatic dialler. I picked up but didn’t say anything, and the person on the other end promptly hung up. That’s happened twice now in the span of just ten minutes! I've now added their number to my block list.

Looks like I've stumbled upon a pesky number. It rang me four times in quick succession, and I picked up on two occasions. Strangely enough, the caller just hung up both times as soon as I responded. After that, I thought it best to ignore any further calls. What a bother!
