When I picked up the call, all I got was utter quiet.

They claim to represent O2 and are touting a rather tempting 40% discount. However, I suspect their real aim is to snatch away my account details.

He kicked off with the typical "Hello ma'am, how are you?" bit, but there was that awkward pause from him after I answered, which immediately raised alarm bells. I told him straight up, "Honestly, you probably wanna rob me of my savings, don’t you?" and then slammed the phone down before blocking the number. Absolutely disgusting. Not being racist or anything, but they always sound foreign, and that’s usually a dead giveaway right there.
