I received a call from a woman claiming to represent EE, and she was trying to persuade me with some sort of exclusive offer. I mentioned that I would prefer to visit my nearest branch to sort it out in person, but she cut me off mid-sentence and hung up. Quite rude, if you ask me!

The woman on the other end wanted me to verify my info, but when I told her that if she was really from EE, she’d already have my name, she went ahead like I hadn’t said anything. Then, when I pointed out again that EE should know my details, she just cut the call straight off. Really fishy behaviour if you ask me.
