I never pick up calls where the number is blocked or unfamiliar and not saved in my contacts. If it's something real or urgent, they usually leave a voicemail, and then I can ring them back. Most of the time, it's just spam anyway.

Got a couple of dodgy calls just yesterday. I cut the first one off straight away, thinking it was a scam. Slapped that number on my blocked list, but then I got another call from a number that was pretty much the same but slightly changed, so I blocked that too. Why can’t the authorities track down these fraudsters and take proper action? Loads of folks my age don’t really know much about keeping their phones and computers safe like I do.
