Received a call earlier today from 0114 551 0828, a guy calling himself Curtis said he was with some accident advice centre. He told me I might be owed compensation for a crash I’d been part of. He actually got the date of the incident right, which was a bit surprising. I told him it wasn’t a great moment to talk and asked if I could ring him back on the same number that showed on my phone. He said he’d ring me again between 12 and 1, but that never happened. Quite odd really.

Received a call from 0114 551 0828, a guy who said his name was Curtis from some accident advice centre. He claimed I was owed compensation for a crash I was in. He even knew the exact date of the incident, which was true since I had a minor accident. When I told him I was busy and asked if I could ring him back on the number that showed on my phone, he promised to call me between 12 and 1pm. But he never got back to me.

They tried to get details about an accident I’d been in and got really nasty when I pushed back.

Sounds like one of those scam calls where they pretend you’ve been in a car crash or something. Definitely some shady company trying to trick you. Watch out for these clones!
